Due to the continuously evolving nature of the UK property market, we have changed our trading name to Go Global Investments, to better reflect our new service.

We have found that the successful business model of purpose built student accommodation is increasingly being copied by the more established buy-to-let market, so we are now offering our clients this property investment model for both student and buy-to-let.

Investors and first-time buyers increasingly want to invest in branded, high-spec, ‘hands-off’, turnkey apartments and studios. Like the new student accommodation, these new buy-to-let developments have many communal facilities such as gyms, swimming pools and cinemas, receptions and excellent security features.

These properties usually represent cheaper entry costs to the UK property market, often with assured yields for an initial period. They will also typically be in highly desirable city-centre locations, likely to have full or high occupancy rates, and represent outstanding property investment opportunities.
